Susan Stegman, MA, LPC

Ms. Stegman has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from The University of Tulsa and has worked as a counselor for twenty years.  She has experience in chemical dependency treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings.  In private practice since 1987, she has had advanced training in Relapse Prevention, Brief Therapy, Cognitive Therapy applied to treatment of mood disorders, EMDR for trauma resolution, and Family Systems Theory.  As a National Board Certified Counselor, she utilizes a solution-focused therapy model incorporating cognitive and behavioral interventions for a wide range of adult, couple, family and adolescent issues.

Judy Totty, MSW, LCSW

Ms. Totty is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.  She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the American Association of University Women.  Her clinical practice of 17 years specializes in grief and loss issues, anxiety, depression, marital and relationship counseling, women’s issues, and codependency.  She also facilitates groups for women in midlife.  In addition to her private practice, she facilitates a Bereavement Support Group for parents who have lost an adult child.  Ms. Totty uses various treatment modalities to enable clients to discover their own inherent strengths and resolutions to life issues.

Bette Rector, M. Ed, LPC

Ms. Rector is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma with over twenty years as a practicing clinician.  Encouraging and assisting through life’s challenges by utilizing a positive solution building approach, she uses cognitive-behavioral and brief therapy skills.  Clients range from age ten through adolescence, college age, adulthood, and geriatrics.  She is a Member of the American Counseling Association.
